Dr. Christian Jackson is board-certified in Gastroenterology specializing in both general and complex gastrointestinal diseases with over 18 years of experience. His medical interests include the treatment of a wide array of gastrointestinal conditions including but not limited to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), diarrhea, constipation, colorectal cancer screening and surveillance, iron deficiency anemia and gastrointestinal bleeding. Dr. Jackson is widely respected for his unique focus on gastrointestinal angiodysplasia (GIAD) and he is well-published in this area. Dr. Jackson also has expertise in non-pancreatic biliary advanced endoscopy. For over a decade, he has enjoyed performing high-quality endoscopy to identify and manage gastrointestinal angioectasia, as well as performing endomicroscopy and other advanced techniques for the endoscopic management of Barrett's esophagus. Dr. Jackson's research focuses on gastrointestinal angiodysplasia (GIAD) and vascular lesions found throughout the GI tract. He has studied and written numerous research publications and has been a part of many clinical trials relating to his specialty. He is a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology and a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and American Cancer Society.
