Bio
Casey Boggs is a globally recognized reputation subject-matter expert, communications strategist, and legal communications authority with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations protect, enhance, and defend their most valuable asset — reputation. He is President and Chief Reputation Officer of ReputationUs (RepUs), an international reputation management, crisis mitigation, and strategic communications firm that partners with for-profit organizations,
nonprofits, civic entities, and legal professionals to navigate complex legal, media, and public perceptions. RepUs’s legal communications practice supports attorneys and their clients in preserving reputational equity before, during, and after legal proceedings by helping them bridge the “court of law” and the “court of public opinion.”
Before founding ReputationUs, Casey was President of LT Public Relations, where he led strategic communication efforts for corporations, financial institutions, law firms, healthcare organizations, and public sector clients.
Casey is a Cornell University-certified expert in public relations, corporate communications, reputation management, and crisis mitigation, and he is frequently engaged as a presenter and facilitator of continuing legal education (CLE) programs for state and national bar associations. He co-presents CLE sessions such as “Reputation Management: Court of Law & The Court of Public Opinion” — designed to help lawyers satisfy education requirements while providing actionable insights on reputation risk, internet defamation, client communications, and the use of strategic communications in litigation settings.
These programs are offered to bar associations and legal professional audiences across the United States. In addition to his CLE work, Casey is a sought-after keynote speaker and workshop leader on emerging challenges at the intersection of law, reputation, and technology — including reputation resilience in the AI era, deepfakes and synthetic media, reputational risk mitigation frameworks, and crisis readiness. He has presented at CLE and professional development events for the Kentucky Bar Association, Wyoming State Bar, Louisville Bar Association, and other legal organizations, as well as industry associations spanning law enforcement, credit unions, nonprofit leadership, and corporate governance.
