Analee McClellan is an Accredited Member of ISA and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers. She is an independent, unbiased, and objective appraiser of antique and contemporary furniture, silver, ceramics, glass, residential contents, decorations, popular culture memorabilia and collectibles.

Ms. McClellan also collaborates with experts in other fields and can provide personalized service and project management for larger collections and additional specialized items. Extensive experience completing appraisals for calculation of estate taxes, charitable contributions, probate, estate management and financial planning, insurance coverage, claims of loss, and litigation issues.

Consultant and expert witness in valuation of personal property and standard of care for appraisers, including USPAP compliance and IRS requirements. Qualified appraiser performing qualified appraisals under IRS requirements and guidelines.
